finally the flowmaster is gone!

well, the flowmaster was starting to get annoying because people in my apt complex were *****ing about loud cars, and when i stay late at people houses it always wakes everyone up.

anyways..

me and my dad cut eveything off today and put on a muffler that was laying around from a mustang.

you can see how bad the old flange was in the one picture, it was leaking and about to fall apart.

i still have to get a tip for the exhaust, so it looks kinda funky right now.

over all, its really quiet at idle, but it gets louder at WOT.

I'm REALLY glad that I don't live up north, because I wouldn't be able to live with a rusty undercarriage. The underside of my truck is so clean, I could almost eat off of it.

Try riding around with no muffler and dumped under the passengers side.

Good for you....

If you keep up on it though, it wont rust very quick. Hell, my 2004 had 93,000 miles on it when I sold it and there was almost no rust at all....

thanks, its the perfect length also.

idk what way i want the angle to be, the tip is slant cut at the end.

i might make it so its flat with the side of the truck but im thinking it will look best if i just make it normal.
