Looks good man. Why'd you take your nerf bars off? I left mine on during the lift. For the AC line mine wasn't in the danger zone so to say. I got the T55 for the bed, I can stick it in a envelope to mail it to you if you want me too.

I just skipped that part of the instructions and didn't take mine apart lol. Did you use air tools? My bed bolts came out super easy with the impact, all of mine did beside the core support. And Shane screw you, I have a ton of crap to do beside working on the truck all day, sorry I'm not fast enough for you. At least I'm doing my own work instead of paying some else to do it for me unlike some other members on here. Silver do you want a pic from under the truck looking up like towards the fan?

u shouldnt have to move the ac line, nor the break line, nor dismantle ur front end. i have done 4 BLs on rangers now.....we never did any of that. yes a torch n c-clamps will be ur best friend. also if u have a drill press it would come in handy to...if not im sorry for the 2 blocks u have to drill out for the front

Looks good! question for the others though..

So what do people usually do that have hitches and do a body lift? Just get some kinda custom hitch welded in? Figure the exhaust needs to be picked up as well.

I gess all truck ain't the same, but on my truck when we did the body lift I ended up shreding my A/C line...(Sorry don't know, took it to Ford and had them fix it.)...& my E break hasn't worked since we did the lift. The cable does not have three inches slack in it stock to reach the bracket after the body lift was put on. I need to move/make the bracket for it

3 things to finish up
1 is the rear bumper and 2nd is the pesky parking break

finaly next week im going to buy new hoses for the trans cooler and relocate that to its original location, the new location makes it hard to get to a few bolts and seams like its getting less air flow now

32's and 33's would be the cats meow but 32's and 4.10 on a 3.0 is the best
set up out there in my opinion
