mine is bent and i'm not wasting anytime with it...tired if having to alter the suspension to make the truck sit level...the frame rail on the passenger side sits 2inches higher than the driverside

$500 is a darn good price for a complete 4wd frame....

You probably know this, but you MUST get a 4wd frame because the 2wd frames are completely different.....unless you get a 2wd Edge or Sport frame....

but then you need coil spring suspension and front end...

hmmm, I see something brewing! I bet you could sell your front axle, cv's, nuckles, and all the other stuff for a decent price! Perfect for someone who wants to 4x4 swap

Steven......coming along nicely! Just curious......what does your state require in regards to VIN numbers?? Matching frame and body #"s, or do we not have frame #'s on our trucks?? I'm just curious.

all frames are stamped with the VIN # incase the vehicles is put through a chop shop....

Most states only require the cab VIN #'s to match...

I don't think it is possible to swap it out. I believe it is stamped into the steel frame.

I wouldn't worry about a frame VIN.

I also believe there is one on the engine also.

yea i remember someone saying something about the engine but i don't remember where..lol i'm keeping the motor so it will be good

i'd love to v8 this thing while i have it literally tore apart but i dont have enough money to spend on a v8 motor and tranny and driveshaft...i just may sell the 4.0 motor and tranny and 4x4 system and 5.0 her..this sounds like a great idea...i know where one is to..hehe

This is still the thinking process...not saying its going to happen
