Wow!

My girlfriends headlights were faded really bad on her Sentra so I stopped by Autozone last night and picked up this:

Here is the before and afters

Before:

After:

Before On:

After On:

This stuff worked awesome, I was extremely impressed. Very easy to use as well, only need a drill to apply it comes with everything else.

We use the 3M kit on customer cars at the shop, I've been amazed at what it can do.

How does it apply? Just a wax and buffer that goes in the drill? The Jetta needs this...

The kit comes with a little buffer attachment for a drill, then just apply a nickel sized amount of the PlastiX and work it in using the bad at a angle. Super duper easy to apply.

Yeah it seems like Nissans get this really bad, I've noticed it on a lot of them.

Looks good!

On my 94' the headlights were faded and the ugly yellow, I removed, sanded with 600 wet, then 800 wet and then 1500 wet and then hit it with some chrome polish. Worked for a while but really only looked the best when wet.

Look alot better......the only thing i DONT like about any of those kits is that it leaves a light milky haze and fine scratches on the lense from the sand paper and clear that comes in the kit. I've had alot of success using a high speed buffer with wool pad and some heavy compond and takes half the time. BUT you have to have to access to one and the compond lol.

Ive favorited a youtube how-to on this....it's a drill attachment sand disc...uses like 200 grit at first, then 500grit, then 1500 wet sand, then the polish.

I've still not found it yet around me...I'm wanted to reseal my black headlmaps...but wanna make 'em pretty again!

What are you talking about sand paper? This kit just has a buffing pad and compound.
