**Pic Request**

I need a picture of the piece where your bumper is bolted on and there are 2 or 3 little welds holding them on. The front bumper brackets welded to the frame more specifically.

Thanks for the help.

I might have a close up of them somewhere...

Crossmember/bumperbackets cap the frame and are welded on.

I'm confused, what are we talking about?

The cross member or body lift brackets?

I think Trig is talking about the frame end cap being he doesn't have a body lift.

Neither, front bumper brackets welded to the frame.

Nope, actually I am talking about the front bumper brackets welded to the frame for possibly a new bumper. I just need to see the parts I may have to cut off.

Thanks for the pics. I will look at them when I get home. Stupid work won't let me see them.

If I take off the front bumper brackets, does the crossmember come off too? That could suck.

Mike the bumper brackets bolt on, theres no welding. The frame end cap that the bumper brackets bolt on too is welded on.

I'll reword...

Frame has the 'horns' for the bumper, welded to the frame w/ the built in crossmember. Then the bumper brakets bolt to the bumper. The bumper w/ brackets bolt to the frame horns w/ crossmember.

no. naked. bumper brackets are on the bumper. This pic might be able to help you......but those round ball lookin' things are on the bumper brackets that are in between the frame horns and the bumper...

Gotcha! That helps a lot I went out and crawled under my truck, but I couldn't see much with the skid plate on there and I don't feel like taking it off now. Thanks again.
