They're 0.250x1.500 flat bar and they mount to an existing bumper bolt on the backside of the bumper(pic below). (will only work on 98-05 trucks) I then put on a crossmember between the two and BAM! 4 lights.
I'm not doggin' your setup at all. It's different and it is good looking. I just think a different way of mounting would have resulted in a cleaner setup knowing you're going to be going with 4 lights here shortly like you said earlier.

i just did it the way i did because i didnt have the time to unbolt my bumper, and do it that way. i will probably remake my mounts like that in a few weeks once 4th quarter of my welding class begins, because for the last 9 weeks of school we can work on anything that we want to work on. i just did it this way because of the amount of time i have, between school, and army training. i know there are cleaner ways of doing it, and i was going to do it the way yours are mounted, but just didnt want to mess with taking off the bumper at the time.

have fun man! sounds like a cool class.
again, not trying to say your setup isn't good, just saying there's other options out there you could look into. I do like yours because it's different than the rest who do two lights on these light tabs.

I never touched the bumper for the install....i just happened to take that pic for people who ask where they mount. I had it off for either the front hitch install or new bumper bracket insall. I only snaked the brackets up from the bottom and tightened them down. removal of the grille makes install alot easier. Then mount your lights to the brackets.
