Want on a new trail this weekend and there was to side for it, on the left side stock truck could pass easely but on the right side it was all different. I took to winch to get me out of there and about 6 hours of clean up afterward.

The third line is from my winch that didnt work, has a short in between the solenoid and the casing. a locker wouldnt have help, my rear diff came off the ground cause of a big rock in the middle of the mud.

Ill have to find the time to get better picture, but for now im receiving my slider tomorrow and the order for fox coil over shock his going out tomorrow. Have a couple of mod i need to do all at once or they do not work and i cant stop my truck from running more then a weekend thats going to be fun.

Why 2 winches? Were they 5k or 6k winches? I have a couple guys I wheel with that have 6k winches and that is plenty for their Jeeps but it takes 2 of them for my Ranger when I am stuck good. I can say that my 8k smitty has gotten me out of holes that it took 2 5k or 6k winches, so I am happy.

what snorkel did you buy, that looks almost like one made for a jeep.

 

The snorkel is one from a landcruiser, for the winch there where to warn 9 000 pulling on my truck, its not really the mud that was stalling me but a big rock in the middle of the mud that got stock on the rear diff. Here the hole it left in the mud after dragging it for 2 foot in the mud, for the locker ill see i hate my torsen on the road but in the trail it never failled me
