Finally! New Door!

Well after 3 month of suspense from my painter, I finally got my rear door! I got it installed, with a latch swap and all!

Before

After

Looks better.

Was the door from the same vehicle (just repaired) or a different one? The paint looks different to me.

It was another color but I had it painted to match. I think between the flash on my phone, it getting dark outside plus not waxing my truck it looks different. Besides either way there is no more rot.

I need to get mine done. The current door did what yours did, but the previous owner Rednecked it. So now i gotta fix it right.

Why did you pay to have the door and the front end painted if you planned on doing the whole truck? Seems like a waste to me.

It gets pricey doing the whole truck. So certain things I had painted that I can remove when I get it to the shop to save money, except the door, I will leave that on. I have known the shop owner since I was a teenager and he can blend it in for nothing. I already had the bumpers done, tailgate, visor, and of course the door, but I can take them all off before he paints it to save a little money. Also its easier for them for the prep work if I take some parts off my self which also saves me money

Thanks man! It is in decent shape for 11 for sure. I gotta say, it is the truck I always wanted and I am very impressed with this Ranger, it has been around longer than any other car I have owned!
