I have the Hero 2 Outdoor edition. It was a gift otherwise I would have probably sprung for the Hero 3 black edition. This is more then enough for now though.

Kinda sucks when you do a ton of work then, once you've reached the top (well..minus a SAS) you lose some interest.

Also, I wanted strongly to do the roof rack mod on my truck but being double lifted I believe I wouldn't be able to enter some parking garages. Sometimes I'm within 3 inches of hitting the beams in garages.

 

There's parking garages in Alaska?
