i have #1 bars sitting on my garage floor. they are only 6 years old and have less than 100k kms on them. i offered them to another member but havent heard back from him on them.

Finally got my truck running again! The new v8 engine has 77000 on it so hopefully its got lots of life left in it.

Finding a long bed in the same color as yours is pretty lucky if you ask me! I need to find myself a bed in the near future if I don't buy an F150 soon. looks good dude, how is the roof? Pretty much all straightened out?







Kept myself busy yesterday. I was plastidipping the wheels on the truck black again then fedex showed up a day early with the fog lights for my car so i did those half way through the ranger project lol. The car didn't have fog lamps and needed them.

I've also already changed the grille on the car to one from a sport model trim and upgraded to 17" OEM wheels to not have hub caps, those will be winter wheels since there is snow tires on the 16's.

Anyway, onto the pictures. I'll take a full shot of the truck later on, forgot to yesterday.




still need to razor blade around the small little lip on the wheel and peel the dip off like i did before

 

Yeah I was lucky! I got the bed, flares, mudflaps, taillights, tailgate, and plastic bed liner for $250.

The roof is still pretty rough. I need to get some color match paint and sand the rust out of it to finish it. And I need to replace the front right fender still.

 

wow thats an awesome deal. no big deal on the roof, nobody can really see it anyway. good to see its pretty much done!

 

found some good trails around school today up near the boundary waters, had a good amount of fun for the day, unfortunately I havnt found another rig to wheel with so im being a little careful till i get myself a winch.

been a busy couple of weekends, getting ready to move into a new house as soon as school lets out, gonna be 21 in 2 weeks (big deal, i dont drink), and hoping to have my truck back on the road soon.

new clutch, flywheel, slave, all the bearings and seals, basically everything inside is brand spankin new. thanks to fast undercar of slo for facilitating some awesome deals through cuesta college. stage 2 clutch came from poly performance.
