An Upgrade EVERYONE should do
So about a month ago I think, I finally broke down and got my lower ball joints installed. Didn't pay too much attention to the upper's until it was time to get the alignment done. Found out they were shot. Boy were they ever.
So anyway I searched of course on here, got some advice and purchased the MOOG upper control arms with replaceable balljoints. I chose the upgraded passanger side one piece arm instead of that god aweful lookingone with the horizontal adjustment studs.
After getting these installed and the truck aligned at the Ford dealership I can say, the truck's ride and handling (sp?) has dramatically changed. no more sqeaking around corner's, or sloppy turning....so much tighter and smoother. Also I adjusted the ride height. I'll post pics of that later.
On to the pics:

New arms.....BEEF:

Ive installed hundreds (i say that with confidence) of sets of moog upper ball joints on RBV's and they are the only ones i will sell to people, they are on my ranger too and i like them because i can grease them, and if you keep them greased, and keep your receipt, they are lifetime warranty
