Sucks though, good luck on insurance

She must have been hauling some *** or Sanity wasn't paying attention... Was she racing towards the interstate in reverse through the parking lot?!? Otherwise, Sanity should have been able to stop in the middle of backing out of his parking space.
i have to agree with the tinted tail lights, couple years ago i almost ran into my friends car on a couple of occasions because they tinted their tails so dark you could barely see them in the daytime. me thinks you may be fubared on this one

Your tail lights are way too dark, and it is obvious that you backed into the sport trac if you ask me.

The whole inside of the bed on the sport trac is heavy plastic (one piece), and the bedsides are fiberglass (as you can see).

If Texas is anything like North Carolina, his reverse lights don't even have to work.

I'm gonna go with you only looked in the direction in which you were going to back your truck. that and judging by your rear tire im gonna say that you have a heavy foot. with that being said i also think shes partly at fault, as she should of been able to stop before you backed into her or she clipped you. but i think its more of a 70/30 being its gonna end up your fault.

LOL I stopped reading when you said "judging by your rear tire". Judging by she obviously hit him and then scraped down the side, she was moving and it's her fault. Still, how do you think his rear tire shows that he has a lead foot?

All I have to say is that b*tch must have been hauling A$$ I mean the door's and ALL the way back? That looks like an accident you would have when someone clips someones car running a red light. I mean from the looks of it she had to have been going 25+ if not alot faster.

Dumb b*tch I hope you dont have to pay for this.
