put one on ANY vehicle.

I purchased my lil jewel over a year ago.
She was left to die because of an irresponsible teenager that these trucks appeal so much to;p

I payed 1800 cash, drove off the lot.

Only cosmetic damage.

Needed a hood,
fender, and some other minors.

Not 1 week after getting new hood on,
had a mechanical failure with the hood latch.
I didnt replace it when I rebuilt because it appeared fine and workable.
Turned out not

Running 65 down Interstate, hood blows up.

Long story short.

Hood up,
window out!

Went to replace windshield,
had to take of visor...

AND


Holes the size of silver dollars where the idiot before had mounted that stupid thing.

water traps in pockets on visor,
and slowly rusts!!!

For the temp, i repaired, patched up holes, and put visor back on.

Plan on removing it someday permanetly.

But that will be a while down the road!!!

because my buddy has a baby bluish ranger and it seems like its really rare

She carried me through high school,
my first REAL date,
countless number of rodeos,
all over the country.

Shell take me through college,
and hopefully
be around for the rest of my life.

broken down,
and with nothing better to do.
Ill retire her,
fixer like new,

Would remove them,
but would have to repaint because they have been there so long.

I get alot of comments on them, and laughs...
you know...Ford SVT lighting...what follows lighting?!?!

The entire inerior has also been decorated/emroidered with "thunder" really nice.

and travel ready.

I guess ive about got her set up perfect for my use.
Perfectly fitted cot, generator, keep all my fly rods, and rifles(shh...)backthere...camping,hiking,fishing,h unting...everything you need to live...everything...

Shes not worth much,

Mechanically shes pretty sound.

When i first got her,
did a complete tune up that night!

Would you know(over 1 year ago)
that at 106K miles,
the plugs had NEVER been changed?

Just goes to show what these little dudes are made of.

Id take 1 Third Gen ranger over a new 09!
But thats just because im a steward with my money...hell whom I kiddin,
im tight as a fishes ***!!!

I drove 200 miles for mine after searching for months.

Got it for 150, and it had never been installed on ANY truck!

It is the "baby blue" that you are reffering to.
Has a pearl quality to it that in certain light conditions,
it appears grey, or purple.

The color is
Portofino Blue.

Have seen 1 other styleside with this color.
Also believe I saw a Bronco 2 tone in this same tone.
