My Early Xmas Present to Myself!

well.. it was a long wait for me.. but finally everything clicked into place!!! i never thought id join the BL+33 club yet here we are!!

Got her back the other week... took a little longer than expected (extra time to fab the hitch/tow hook+skid plate) .. but i am MORE than happy with it... i think i was probably more excited than when i first picked the damn thing up!!! anyways.. nuff said.. onto the eye candy!

saw a raptor and had to sneak in for a pic!!

as i say more than happy with the way it turned out... i was a little skeptical about how it would ride but all my questions were answered with a quick little test drive... slightly more sluggish off the get go.. but its not as hoggish as i had imagined.. and i think its a respectable ride as well..

thanks for viewing!

trent whats wrong with a bug guard? i think it make the 06+s look better bc it hides that inslightly gap between the grill and hood! but i am with you on visor, ive always hated them. however that is one of the better ones i have seen

Thats one of the best lookin rangers ive seen in a long time. The blue and black go perfect!
However the roof visor is hideous IMO. Too far south for my taste.

looks good but not a fan of the visors. I liked them on the gen1 and 2's. They just dont look right on the newer ones though

Truck looks great. I love that color combo. And the black wheels/dark tint just set it off. Definitely one of my new favorites.

As far as the bug guard goes...I like it. But i've always been a fan of bug guards. Had one on my rig until it cracked in two spots. I am going to get a new one and some for the windows too...I can't remember what they are called at the moment.

I am back and forth with the visor...I always am with visors (especially on Broncos). It gives the truck some character I think. But either way on or off the truck would be sex.

Good work sir

Looks good. Keep the bug guard, the visor, I could take it or leave it.

hey much thanks for all the comments!! nice to hear everyones opinion...
didnt know so many people are opposed to the sunvisor + bug guard... haha
i like em so i guess thats the main thing .. to each his own!

ford the record its a 2008 vista blue, 33x12.5 on a 15x8 with 3.5" backspacing..

Mitch: im from Lindsay, right in the middle of the kawarthas i guess you could say??

and Nate: have you got any plans for your rig yet??...
at first i was just antsy to get rid of the wranglers and get some 31s or 32s.. but after much thought i figured id be happier in the end with a BL and 33s so thats the route i went, and so far i havent looked back!!

thanks again for the comments..
