They make measuring tapes for a reason. Most 4wd's you can't have the tailgate shut which isn't really a big deal. Dirtbikes 125 (or 250 4 stroke) and larger you have to have sideways to shut the gate.

I don't have a step side, but i know that when i had my quad (2004 Polaris Predator) i had to take the nerf bars off of it casue they didn't clear the wheel wells. i wish i had a picture of it from the back, but the wheels pretty much fit on the front and back of the wells.

Why didn't you just lift it over the wheels and let the nerfs sit on there?

I don't have any pics or a stepside but my 400ex is only about an inch too wide to fit the front wheels between the wheel wells. I also have a bedliner and that is why it won't roll between the wheel wells. I just lift it up over them and shut the tailgate. not sure if that answers anything.

casue the Nerfs were too low that they would get all bent up casue they would sit on the wells.

_/ \_ -------

If that was the wheel well the line next to it is the nerf bar. it dosen't work out too well
Its a crude drawing, but it works.

I don't see why you can't just measure the bed then measure the 4 wheeler you want

we couldn't fit my friends suzuki ltz450 in a stepside ranger we had to have one side on the bed rail so we took it and looked like \

that must be one of the smaller raptors. theres no way you can fit a large one in a steppie without putting one side wheels on the bedrail

EDIT: i was right.

dave you wont fit anything larger than a 250 in there unless you put one side tires on the bed rail lol they'll be too wide

its definitely a solid quad.. its got some speed to it depending on how big you are.
i do wish it had a little more top end but that can be fixed with some mods. personally i wished i would have went with a yfz450 but since it fit in the bed i couldnt pass it up
