New Car Update (Pic Heavy)

As most of you know my truck was recently totaled. Well after looking for about a month I found it's replacement. A 2007 Dodge Caliber R/T AWD ( I know, I know). Its got everything I wanted though. Sporty, good gas mileage and roomy enough inside. Its loaded with a sunroof, cloth seats with red inserts, semi auto 6 speed transmission, 12 speaker Boston Acoustic audio, a built in mini fridge, chrome appearance package with 18s and it gets almost 30 mpg highway! This is a great little car and I really enjoy how agile it is. Well I know a thread is worthless without pics so here are a couple I took from my mini shoot today.

My favorite by far.

Thank you all and I hope to continue to be an active member in the Ranger Community.

And to end with a picture of the Ranger in it's glory days.

Let me know what you all think. I have a couple mods in mind. Maybe lowering springs and tint. Nothing to crazy though.

Not bad. Definitely needs tint.

I'd drive the hell out of a Caliber SRT4

Yea Morgan. A friend of mine found a totaled one in a junkyard with the engine and computer still in it. I might go look and see what the guy wants for the turbo and the computer. I already have the same engine. There is a local Mopar performance shop whose owner is good friends with my dad so I would have plenty of help. Tint hopefully will be on soon.

The only calibers I like are the SRT's. But they are nice little cars for what they are. And yours sounds like it's nicely optioned.

Not bad, but I think that grille would look better either a dark grey or black. It just stands out too much.

I had a journey once for a loaner and it was a pretty nice vehicle. I wouldn't be apposed to the wife having one.

Nice car. Not my taste personally but if it suits your needs then that's awesome! Buddy of mine has a Journey, been in it a few times and I gotta say the dodge vehicles ride nice on the highway and have lots of neat little areas for storage.

I think I'm going to get a can of plastidip and paint the mesh black. Leaving the Chrome surround. And if I still don't like it I might get a stock black grille.

Why does it look like the hood has an overbite?

The upper bumper support was broken at the dealer. Someone slammed the hood and cracked it. They are replacing it I'm just waiting for the part to come in.
