This has been truck week, so far i've replaced the awesome factory ford worn out balljoints for some hardcore Dana balljoints. Then this morning i lit a fire under my own *** to install my ohc thats been sitting in a corner for months.




I havent really posted any pics of the truck since adding the camper top.. So without further adue...

Truck looks sweet as hell

 

Here ya go, It's really easy to do, I just soldered them to the wires that lead to the printed circuit, I took out the printed circuit, reflector, and bulb holders

They are super bright and I love them

Us camper shell guys used to be the outcasts on here. Seems like everyone has gotten a camper since I sold mine. Makes me sad....

Carpet and bedrug that shiz then get a date.....I mean go camping.

i'm planning on a bedrug, havent made a decision on carpeting the inside of the shell yet or not. i've already gone "camping" in it.haha a twin air mattress fits perfectly btw the wheel wells.

 

I needed cash and I started mowing lawns so i needed to get rid of it. Its riding around on a colorado in Gvegas somewhere. Saw it on craigslist a couple months back.

Ive got a direction without it I wanna go, just gotta get some money. Havnt been able to put any money into my truck in forever. Basically sold all my mods. :(

I have had a Bed Rug and I loved it kinda miss it now that I have the cap. BUT the spray in bed liner works so much better for everything else and an air mattress is SOOO much better then a Bed Rug lol....

aaahhhh, the ol' flat back top.lol you may have side flip ups, but mine is match painted.. so boo ya back. haha

whats wrong with the front bumper? i know my hitch needs raised, waiting for the welder to come back.

Truck looks great...Where did you get your OHC. I was think about just going to a junkyard and looking but then i don't how to get it out of the explorer. To buy one from ford they are like $500 so that out of the question.

 

Looks good to me. I am glad more and more people are finally seeing the light about the camper tops. It took me forever to convince people that they really don't look bad and how practical they are.
