My Ranger doin some work...

Did mulching, a few yards of topsoil, and hauled 35 bales of insulation to upgrade our house since Wednsday. Heres the '03 with my dads 16' trailer that I hauled around to get the work done. Ranger is almost ready to turn 61k miles, still looks and runs great. I'm beat after all that work.

Nice ride pal! I've been looking around for a trailer just like that.

Wirelessly posted (Droid2)

Its a truck so it should be used...but taken care of too. I use my truck to work off of, but it gets cleaned good every weekend.

Yep. I use the trailer to take the beating of dirt, shoveling, etc. It's dads trailer that he hauls some farm stuff on so it's well used but saves our trucks...I'd bet that trailer has well over 200K miles on it. Been repainted a few times, new wood floor, new brakes, tires, bearings, etc a few times too. Still holding up great and tows nice. I use it a few times a year for my landscaping stuff and dad uses it to haul stuff all year long. Kinda a bit much for the Ranger with any amount of weight on it but it works fine for what I use it for.

Yep but 2 yards of bulk topsoil (4000-4500lbs plus the trailer weight) is a little iffy. Fortunately the place I get it from is only 5 miles from the house and plenty of 2 lane slow driving. I dont think I'd be wanting to haul that on the freeway without a bigger truck. Getting it stopped is the tricky part. You can definately tell its back there unlike the light bass boat I haul around in the summer which is a breeze.
