Its plasti dip. You spray then cut out the letters with
A razor or exacto knife.

 

Exacto knife is a sketchy way to do it. Gotta be super careful to not cut into the object you sprayed.

 

Came across another Level II today. Had to get a snapshot.

 

I realy think you have a great looking truck. Ive seen a lot of comments about it not looking stock but stock is only good for classic cars in my opinion. Plus half the threads on here are about adding stuff to their trucks making it unstock.
