no, its a flowmaster.....40? not totally sure since I pulled it off a JY 2.3L with duals. sounds "ok". hopefully this holiday season ill find the cash to clamp a thrush or actual new flow 40 in there in place

 

is that a coat hanger you're using to hold up the tip????

and how the hell did you clamp anything to that cut?

 

I dont mean to be a dick but ummmmmmm thats no flowmaster thats some kinda stock muffler and whats with the wire hangers and a hose clamp???

 

carefully rude ***. the coat hanger aint holding the tip up, its keeping it from bumping into the leaf pack, its more of a pusher then a holder. Pat wasnt available to use his sawza so I had to make due with a jigsaw

its also bent up pad because after I cut half of the pipe I just muscled the rest off by twisting it

no, its a flowmaster, has the words pressed into it. Its off an old pre98 2.3l

 

yeah its just a 90degree bend you get from advance auto for like 7$. it came rippled.

 

ok if you say it is a flowmaster just everyone i have seen isnt that shape and they are fully welded

 

me neither, but I saw it, and at the time it had duals, and I bought it. it is fully welded. just rusting like a turd which I guess they are known for.

 

it split off into duals after the muffler? i just see one outlet.

 

Hopefully you can get a newer muffler soon. I like the tip.

 

yes, the duals split after the outlet, but the weld was very clean so im 99% sure it came from Flow like that.

 

Christmas money. When those folks you dont know send money you dont deserve. If I get an extra few $$ ill either go with a thrush turbo or a flowmaster again but anew loud one
