new side exhaust

Got a Flo-Pro muffler and side exhaust installed today. Sounds great. Not too loud, which was what I wanted. The muffler shop said it wouldn't be as loud as the Magna-flow or Flowmaster. Got tired of the factory tailpipe, so I had it turned in front of the tire. Nice shiny tip too!

Thanks. It's slightly louder than stock, no drone at all. Whole lot less pipe than before. The stock tailpipe had more bends in it than a mountain road. I'll see if I can get a video of it tomorrow.

Nice choice on the style tips and placement. It just fits.

This reminds me of a funny story. My buddy Ryan had exhaust right there on his F150. While at the mall two teenage chicks were sitting on the curb. We rolled through and he racked pipes off in their ears. One of the girls said " I totally felt that!" We were all lol. You should try it sometime.

I'm jealous. When i took my truck into the shop they refused to do side exit exhaust in front of the rear tire.

I wasn't sure at first, but I really like it now. Can't rack it off as the rev limiter is set at 3 grand. Sounds like some stunts I used to pull when I had my Mustang, lol!

Oh, there's no carbon build up, trust me. In neutral or park it only revs to 3 grand... I'll see if I can get a video tomorrow. Was kinda busy today.

Thanks. It doesn\'t smoke. Couldn\'t be much worse than brake dust buildup if it did.
