About the radio:
The radio was an dealer option for the Toyota Yaris. I got one for cheap from the parts dept on clearance and installed it in my Wife's Yaris last year.
It was such a good price, and the fact it has gps, bluetooth, usb, etc.. I bought a spare.
It is, in fact, a re-branded Eclipse radio with a removable Tom Tom GPS screen. So, using the metra harness and dash kit, I installed one of these into the Ranger.
It was just like installing any aftermarket radio. I guess I should try to get rid of the "Toyota" label... haha.
