R.I.P. '02.. Hello Full-Size!
Hey guys.. it's been awhile..

On June 10 while my 2wd '02 was parked on the street a car whose driver fell asleep at the wheel plowed into the rear of my truck. The impact was so great (guessing 50+ mph) my truck was catapulted from right in front of my house into the far side of the front yard two houses down from me. A few days later my insurance totaled it. All in all, things happen for a reason as this enabled me to finally get a full-size as a tow rig for my FX4.

Annddd the replacement..

'84 F250 SuperCab 4x4 6.9L diesel 4spd

I'm gettin' some new shoes and a new set of front springs as the current set are completely shot. Pics of the upgrades to follow.










Also.. my buddy's '74 F100. He's about to replace the 390/C6 with a 460/C6 from a '78 F350 we just picked up for cheap (I'm takin' the D70 rear ).

damn I'm glad it wasnt about the fx4. Sweet oldy tow rig, get some new paint on it and it will be mint. So is that your new daily too? or you got a car in mind since you got an older truck
