Another piece of the deer behind the valence

His hair and my rad. is covered in it.

Truck is still driveable not leaks or nothing. It broke the top of the headlight where its adjusted, broke the valence, my lightbar I made is toasted with the two hellas, grill is gone. I'm glad I had my billet grill inserts in there of I think it would have been worst.

Its because of all the corn that they eat! BURN!

My friend's dad once hit 2 moose and a deer in Northern Minnesota on a moose hunting trip all within 10 days. His brush guard took most of this hit but the grille and bumper still got damaged. Truck still ran and drove all the way home. Funny part is he never shot a moose.

I recommend you dont "floor it". Slower impact is better it..

Umm I ran that idea with my father while we sat at the edge of the road for an hour and a half for the trooper to get there. Lets just say he didnt say much. I told my father when it goes to the repair shop on Monday I want all FoMoCo parts and my bottom valence painted with the truck.

That sucks man, but what really sucks id the deer got away. If I hit one I plan to put a round or two in it then throw it in the bed of the truck and take it home.

So I went yesterday to get an estimate and its $2k of damage. It might be more but they'll just add supplements to the estimate. I'm trying to figure out if the body shop will replace the parts with after market or factory parts also if they'll paint my valence.

Make sure you ask for ford parts if you do that and take pics of the ford stampings on them and when you get your truck back check all the parts.

It doesnt really look that bad to be honest I would just go to certifit and buy a bumper, valance headlight and a grill and call it done.
