Mt. Morris - Take 2

Went back to the Mounds this past weekend. Temps in the 40's and rained the entire day. Made for quite the mud fest. The 2wd did great, made it 2 weeks without getting stuck out there.

Jeep tried to go through an icy mud hole. Broke through the ice and rammed the front end into it. The ice was about 5" thick and broke off a couple of his aftermarket lights and bent up a whole bunch of stuff.

Then this is where the Jeep first got stuck.

Most entertaining part of the day was watching this fine citizen try and get this blazer out of the middle of a mud field. The blazer was stock height with stock tires, and was wheeling alone in an area Zabeard found to be to much. Some random tried to pull him out for an hour and a half, then two vehicles tried to whinch him out but couldn't even get him to budge. So after 3 hours he was still in the middle of a mud hole when we finally left.

Here is the exploder on RTS crossing the mud field near the rock gardens. Was extremely soupy.

And here is my 2wd putting the skinny pedal down through the mud. Gotta love the sound of the 302 roaring.

Ya me too, of course that 302 would "accidently" get a 331 Stroker kit.
