I would have kept the Ranger.

Any F-series past 96 (97 for the heavy duties) wasn't worth it, IMO.

Looks like it's in awesome shape though.

Ya im not a fan of the chrome really either, but it was the color I was looking for, I wanted the two tone also, and it doesn't have the ugly rims either, so for now I can deal with the chrome. This truck is really clean there barley a scratch or dent in the paint, the interior is also spotless, never been towed with either, but I had to break it in today, not ten minutes off the lot and I hooked the 14 foot enclosed trailer up from work and pulled it 240 miles. I didn't really tell anyone I was getting it so my family was really surprised when I pulled up for my cousins birthday tonight when I pulled up with a new truck, they all said it was "beautiful" lol.

The mirrors will probably be the first thing to go, but I don't plan to put any money into it right now....

why? The new ones are awesome on gas and can actually tow in overdrive which is more than i can say for my dads old stock 91 bronco with the 351 and the a40d trans.

And my family still has an 85 f250 single cab long bed with a 460 and the 3spd auto ... that thing gets 9mpg .... consistent ... towing, not towing, city, highway, rain, shine, 9mpg! ... i actually may be taking the beast back to school with me for the remaining 2 weeks so i can make use of the bigger bed when i bring all my ish back

Yeah, I'm not feeling the chrome either. Otherwise, nice truck. What color interior?

The interior is Tan.

I got the sirius hardwired today so it shuts on and off with the radio. It took me like 5 minutes to find the fuse panel lol.

Looks good. All the chrome is just plastic pieces that are held on by double sided tape, you can pull it all right off and then just clean off any residue.

Huh? I will have to look into that, but nothing is going to happen until summer though, it kind of well sucks working on it outside when its 35 degrees out lol

The only thing that really bugs me is the mirrors and bug defector...
