Naw, they looked cheap.. I would rather find some good powdercoated ones, or if you have any good ebay links..

Oh Shane, here are what those reflective decals look like at night.. with a flash on.. I looked it over with a flashlight prior, and it looks fantastic!

The yellow color is from a yellow anti-bug light for the front of the house.. hence, why it is colored yellow in teh dark without a flash

Hmm.. not sure if tossing a 3.0 on woudl look good.. BUT, if you put "RANGER" on there with the full proper font, that would look pretty cool actually I think these stickers are like 2"x12" or something like that.. only really works well on Powerdome hoods to get the proper effect..

Here, I'll go take a couple more photo's..

Its tough to take them in this daylight, as the camera has a hard time focusing.. but heres a real cool one I grabbed.. just neat =)

and yes.. my truck is real clean.. shampooe'd the interior the other day, and gave it a good rub down

Well....considering you don't have a 3.0L SOHC....

you have a 3.0L OHV.

I've made a couple sets of 3.0L OHC decals and even some 3.0L Vulcon.

Yep, I've got an awful lot of plans.. tomorrow I may go ahead adn remove my valance and get that hit up the way I've been meaning too... this stuff can be awful time consuming when your busy with work, but heck, you guy's all know how that can go.. i have a single day off this week, which is tomorrow (Sunday) and hoping I can put 100% of it to use.

Actually, Shane and myself met up around 4:30-5ish or so at Walmart up near Wood Village, talked for an hour and a hal for so, bull****ted in general for a bit, and then I got home about 15-20 minutes ago after picking up some dinner for myself..

Guess what folks?

:-)

Dont mind the ****ty picture quality, I forgot I had my ISO set at 1600 taking some night time shots, so I'm going to cut it back and rebalance it for my truck shots.. doh!

Also, took some hints from Shane as well, and did some more shopping, Mapp and a second breaker bar.. my first one is lost somewhere.. so a 1" x 24" pipe will work perfectly.

And yes, I am breaking out the tools and various instruments of the trade, including beer.. and shoudl have it done sometime late tonight (No work until 4 PM tomorrow, thank god!

Well, front bumper is off, everythign is disconnected that needs to be, and now working on all the extensions for teh grounding and whatnot... jsut about to start lifting the cab here in a bit

Havent done the body mount bolts yet - expect a delay on that.

Oh, and on a random note.. my cat was chasing a small rabbit around.. and it scooted in between my legs while I was working, and my cat chased it into the barn, back around, and it was sitting under the rear of my truck.. both of em jsut sitting ther enot doing anything

And yes, I took pictures of it.. I'll post em up whenever I'm done.. making a How To on this as well.. since it seems we need one here anyway.

Ahh well, had to cut it awful short today.. I've got half of the cab lifted with blocks under it, had to slow it down when it asks to drill out the 1/2" thread on the front engine mount blocks area... dont have any drill press handy to do that, and it didnt quite work sticking it in between my feet and drilling.. so I'll just head down to Nappa and see if they can do it for me down there.. pay them a few bucks to do it.

Other then that, all's well, brother stopped out and gave me a hand around 10 or so after he got off work. Quie an interesting type of lift, but heck, it works I suppose
