Bilstein 5100 shocks (front are adjustable to 2" +) w/ 35x12.50R18 KM2s on stock wheels.
I have about a million more but you get the idea. If you want anything specific let me know.
I would definitely recommend the bilsteins over the conventional spacer kits, but they are also more expensive. If you use a spacer, I wouldn't go more than 2". Good luck!

The problems with the spacer kits are that they cause the front suspension to bind when it droops. They allow the suspension to droop too far, putting the balljoints in a bind, and causing the upper control arm to contact the coil spring, also adding a nice noise when it happens. Even most 2" kits will do this. Ask Beard, he ran a spacer for a short period before getting the bilsteins.
The bilsteins are simply a longer shock. They allow a little more down travel than stock, and have two (or three in some cases) slots for the spring seat to adjust height.
If you do get a spacer, look at the autospring spacers. F150/Expedition
Their spacers provide about 1/4" offset of the coil spring (moves the upper mount inward) to prevent the spring from contacting the upper control arm. A lot of people use their spacers and seem very happy with them. You can find their stuff on ebay usually.

I have the autospring spacers on mine. They're 2.5" and even with the offset the upper arm will hit the coil sometimes. They're alright for $60 though. I've been considering taking them of since I plan to start towing the ranger with the F150 and I don't want the back saggin like crazy.

I swapped the 2" rear blocks for 3" blocks because of the weight from the canopy and the crap I keep back there.
I used the autospring rear blocks (which suck because they have no tab for the bumpstop), but I would use the readylift block next time since they do have a tab.
I'm sure the ORW price is per shock. I ordered mine from topguncustomz.com (all 4).
Still probably more than you want to spend. If so, I would get the 2" autosprings personally.
