New Headache Rack

traded my second roll bar for a headache rack at the last meet in fresno, so i got to work on it yesterday. painted it and added cargo lights.

and of course i had to keep the deere emblem.

probably not, im trying to figure out a way to attatch it witout drilling into the bed. but for now its clamped using my topped clamps.

Not sure how stable it would be, but you could try putting a toolbox on the side parts and then clamping that down with some "J" bolts. That might hold it in place and you wouldn't have to drill anything

Weld some angle iron to the angle iron that is on the bed rails so it goes under the rails. Drill a couple hols and weld nuts to the top side of the brackets. Run a bolt thru the nuts and tighten them against the rail sandwiching the rail between the angel on top of the cap and the bolt. 2 of those per side should do it. Oh, and reweld the corners between the rand and the angle iron and add a gusset to each side.

Hope I explained that well enough
