You need to confirm if the injectors are getting the signal from the PCM and if your getting spark at the plugs.
Using a DVM set to read 12v or a 12v test light, pull one of the fuel injectors electrical plugs off and back probe the terminals.Crank the engine. You should see the DVM readings jumping between 0v and 12v or the test light blinking.
Next, you'll need to confirm your getting spark at the plugs. You can buy a special tester at any auto parts Spark Tester. Or if your daring, you can use an old spark plug and a set of jumper cables Pull one of your plug wires. Using either the special tool or an old plug, plug the wire onto the end (if using an old plug clamp one end of a jumper cable to the threaded part of the plug and the other end to the block). While watching the tool or plug have someone crank the engine. You should see a spark.
