well first you'll want to make sure that you don't actually have a 2.0 and not a 2.3 and secondly if you don't get much for replies here (the carbed Limas are very old technology) You may want to post this over on TRS
in the 4-cyl forum as DaveR and Mutant Pony over there know quite a lot about the carbed Lima's and all the different carbs and different intakes that were used, which one's are actually good and which are trash, what is a good carb to swap to and what intake is needed for it and so on. This is an ok site for the newer Lima's and a great site for the Duratec 2.3s but the old carbed motors aren't very common here and unfortunately there aren't many people online anywhere that really know about them. I know there are 3 or 4 carbs that were common over the years on the Lima and I've heard some are complete trash but I have no idea what they are as I never paid much attention to them.
