OK Guys need some help

I have a 92 2.3l ranger. When I got it the head gasket was blown. I replace the head gasket and the valve stem seals. before I replaced the valve stem seals it was blowing white/grayish smoke out the exhaust and massive oil out of the vent tube that leads from the valve cover to the TB. Replaced the seals, oil changed and the smoking stopped, oil from the vent stopped, but had slight idle issues ran the engine for about 25 mins and the smoking is back when you shut the engine down and I am getting milky oil into the throttle body via the tube that runs from the valve cover to the TB and milky oil on the dipstick.

I don't know what else could be wrong any ideas?

Yeah every thing looks great, so unless it is a crack inside one of the water or oil passages I can't find anything
