Cam and pistons

Is there any cams and oversize piston that i can put in my 96 2.3l for a lil more power im thinking of doing a prerunner type deal starting in the sp

i'd say that's a total waste of money for a ford 2.3L n/a. if you want more power out of the 2.3 go turbo, if not go to a sixer or a v8
