2.5 Turbo???
#4
There are a few ways to do this and will depend on time, budget, emmisions, and how much effort you want to put into this.
1)Are you wanting to stay OBD-II? If so, the simplest way is to run a small turbo, find a low setting wastegate (under or around 5PSI) and allow for your factory computer to adapt to the added demand for fuel. It's doable, but not optimal.
2)Stay OBD-II, run a SCT tuner, find some aftermarket rods/forged pistons for the 2.5 and then you can set it up really well. This will likely require a larger MAF (90mm) and larger matched injectors pending on your goals.
3)Swap to an older 2.3T, run older electronics and get involved in an *** load of rewiring and complications. (not the best choice for you, or what I'd recomend)
There are multiple ways under option 3 to go about it, none of them easier than the other so I won't go into any of them since staying OBD-II will be your best choice since you are already setup for it.

ok well ill tell you my set up for my 2.5L
i have a SVO turbo and manifold im using the SVO rods and pistons you can not use these with out swaping your crank im gonna buy a 2.3L ranger crank 95-97 is perfect youll need larger injectors(42lbs+) and Mass air (90mm) i got mine off a lightning....piping and intercooler im gonna use the SVo front mount kit from stinger
you'll need a tune like he said SCT tuner will work perfect thats what im using umm and youll need all tthe oil lines/vacum lines and fittings

yes the rods and and pistons will work from the 2.3 as long as you swap the cranks and yeah the manifold fits you can use just the rods from the 2.3 if you get these pistons http://www.racerwalsh.zoovy.com/prod..._81_52_25.html or you can use the 95-97 2.3 crank from a ranger and use turbo rods and pistons from the svo turbocoupe mekur
