ranger with issues....

Hey I have a 94 ranger with a 2.3L motor, the truck will crank and crank all day but will not turn over. So far I have checked the inertia switch (its in the down position) changed the pcm, and changed the ignition module...anyone have any other ideas? spent almost a month at a garage and they couldnt figure it out....getting frustrated now...

high roller's bang on... something i thought i would ask, it seems like common sense, but a lot of people don't know this... is the motor actually turning? i know some starter motors sound like they are cranking the motor, but they aren't... my friend's honda had a flat spot on the ring gear, and when he would turn the starter, it sounded like the motor was turning over, but it was just the starter...

have someone look under the hood to see if the fan and belts are spinning with the motor...

my guess would be the timing belt if you have no spark and ruled out all the computer stuff. Have someone crank the truck over while you look at the the timing belt and see if it moving. you should be able to see the belt by looking at the top of the motor between the valve cover and the timing belt cover.
