Icon5 97 Ranger has no power

We have a 97 Ranger that has no power. Changed MAF, injectors, O2 sensors, plugs and wires, and fuel filter. When you drive it when you give it gas, it hesitates and slowly climbs and will not accelerate past 50mph. When you stop at a red light, sometimes it will idle rough and other times it will idle normally. It also has irratic shfting. It is also an automatic. Fuel pressure was within range, and the catalytic converter was not stopped up, and was replaced. We are out of ideas about how to proceed, so any help would be great. Thanks.
