Help with rattle sound video

2000 manual 4cyl ranger. Having a problem with this rattle sound when it's coming down from a high rpm I think it's coming from under the truck. Any help will be awesome here's the video

i just went out there and hit the exhaust as hard as i could and it didnt really make any kinda of sound.
It doesnt have a cat on it anymore, just the factory muffler.
I really wish i had a tack. i was just revving it up again and it only does it when its coming down from a high rpm. It only does it for maybe a second.

Could there be pieces inside the muffler moving around? I was going to replace the muffler but I don't want the waste the money if that wont help
