Hello guys!

1999 Mazda 2500b (Basically a ranger for this year)
4-Cyl
2 wheel drive
Manual Transmission

I recently got a check engine light and I had the code scanned which gave me both
-P0302
-P0304
And apparently this indicates that cylinders 2 and 4 are misfiring. I'm thinking the probability of a wire and a plug going bad for both these cylinders at the same time is pretty low, but I'm not sure where to start.

Hoping I could get some suggestions!
