I don't usually drive that far with my truck, just around town and the surrounding areas. But the few times I've driven over an hour on the high way I've noticed I'll get power in bursts.

I'll try to explain what happens. I'll try to speed up and nothing with happen for a few seconds and then suddenly I'll get power. Or I'll get a little power then finally all the power. It's like something related to giving gas to the engine is sticking and won't open all the way. This will also continue for a little bit after I've let the car sit, like if I drive a long ways and stop to eat and start again. But it goes back to normal pretty quickly.

Hopefully you guys can help me figure out what's wrong.
