Need help with 1996 2.3L CEL problem
So my old 1996 Ranger that i gave to my mom for her daily driver is having problems right now...It has been running the CEL for the longest time now....the system detects a problem and it will eventually fix itself after a good bit of miles...maybe stay off for maybe 10-15 miles and then comes back on for awhile....anyways it failed emissions today so i need to narrow the problem down...any help is greatly appreciated. The CEL code is P0401 - EGR Flow Insuff.....I have replaced the egr valve..both O2 sensors, EGR Pressure Feedback Sensor, PCV Valve...so please respond with any other suggestions..or if you've experienced the same problem..what was your fix. Thanks

Inspect the silicone hoses to the DPFE too. They can crack/fail.
