Nobody is disagreeing that the D44 is stronger than the D30. That's a fact. It's just a matter of what the individual build requires. If you KNOW you won't need a D44 for the off roading you do why not use the much easier to find D30. It's all on an individual basis. There are guys running D44s that probably could get away with a D30 no problems. And there are guys that settled for a D30 when they should have got a D44.

Exactly. D30s in rangers work just fine. When there are issues (which are pretty rare, most people here switch up from D30s because either they want even bigger tires OR in cases such as Zabeard they want both larger tires AND more offroad ruggedness) then they can swtich up from D30s. They work just fine in rangers. They also work great in Jeeps which are awesome offroad stock.

To rule them out 100% is just ignorant. And I wasn't really insulted by what he was saying because I saw he was from pirate. Things are a lil diff there lol.
