2wd ranger lift
hey guys
i have a 2006 2wd ranger sport. i want to lift it enough to fit 32" tires. i was thinking of doing a 3inch spindle lift in the front and 2inch add-a-leaf in the back. what to do you guys think? and could you guys post some pics of ur 2wd rangers for me? also i want to replace my 60/40 seats to some bucket seats with a center console, any ideas where i can get seats.

Lies lies lies... I got 32s and even with a tbar crank( max ) I rubbed everywhere I went, every turn and it was the worst mistake of my life. I listened to a few select people on here that said I can go 285s with a crank and won't rub but they failed and lied to me. It's okay though cause it's all fixed with the suspension lift but just beware! And dont listen to everything you hear on the Internet I have got alot of false info from these forums where people think they know what they're talking about but in reality sometimes they just give an answer because they "remeber" seeing it on the forums or what nit

This is true you may not rub but you truly have no flex which in your case may or may not be a bad thing but i am just pointing this out. If you go with aggresive tires people normally get a 3" body lift to go with it.

sorry if i came off like a twad lol. I'm puzzled why you were havin issues still though.
I agree 33's with no acual lift doesn't give you much room for flex.
but back to the original point. 3" spindle lift with 32's is a perfect combo. 33's fit well and still have room for some flex but fabtech actually does recommend a 32 with "minor trimming" which from all the kits i've put on the newer silverados and the spacer kits for the tacomas is literally no trimming. maybe a mudflap delete but thats it lol
sidenote-what backspacing do you have andrew? Maybe that was the issue?
I've seen more than once where the wheel manufacturers put the incorrect backspacing on wheel boxes. when i got my 20's in for my silverado 2 of them were actually different than what was stated from american racing haha. but me being the lazy a$$ i am i just staggered them lmao. makes rotates a pain but whatever
