Icon5 Bodylift Bed Spacers

I am going to be doing my 1" BL soon. I want to know if anybody that has done a 1" BL if you made little spacers to go under the bed like the 3" BL kits have? The four metals ones are the ones I am taking about. I have heard of people not even using them on the 3" BL kits, but I am worried because sometimes I do haul a lot of weight in my bed and don't want any problems. So should I find some metal to use or am I worrying too much about it?

You don't have to use them but if you want you can take some 1" square tubing and cut it in 2" lengths and weld them in there sideways.

Why don't people use them? I am installing my 3" bl soon and debating wether or not to use them. Sometimes I do haul a truck full of wood, and often my quad. Are they necessary if you have a full load of wood?

just out of curiosity has anyone not installed them and then hauled a 4wheeler i would think it would still be ok since the 4 wheels should like up near where the pucks are.
