how do i get a 9 inch lift for a 90 2wd and what size tires

Not easily. I don't know of any combination of lifts for your truck that will get you that high besides a SAS(solid axle swap).

you can get a stage 2 skyjacker 6inch lift and a 3inch body lift and that is 9 inches and run 32s or 35s

with a lot of money and it wouldnt be worth it to do it to a 1990

Well there you go. Sorry for giving you the wrong info. Ya don't do a SAS. I thought that was the only option but I was wrong.
