99' T Bar Crank leveling Help!

Hey guys,
Just got my truck and im making plans to black it out, and such. Right now i need someone to help shed some light on t bar cranking. I only want about another inch or two of lift, so there is no need for a body lift. How do i level out my truck after i crank the front up 2 inches? will it look funny only doing a t bar crank in the front and no raise in the back? Also can someone link me to some wheels and tires that will look nice with this. Ive been looking into black cragar rims, im just a noob and am soooo confused with sizing and such...(dumb, poor student) Thanks for any responses...
