out with the old, in with the new..

I finally ordered Trail-Gear's 5" HD front springs, which have a 25% higher spring rate than their regular springs (220 lbs. per inch). Installed 'em Monday. All I can say is DAAYYYUUUMM they look good! That's how a leaf spring should look!

Now mind you in the last pic, although the front is abit higher, it's missing the bumper and winch. Plus the bed has the shell and a bunch of misc. ****. So it should level out pretty well overall.

Also, I decided not to relocate the front shackle hanger just to see how the current position would work with the new spring. So far it looks good, so I don't think I'll do anything with the shackle for now.

Sorry... the blue accents are distracting... I like the idea though... Give that baby a wash!!

Ive been trying to get him to wash that thing for ever.

hell ya bro looks good but i would still move those shackle hangers back a bit wati till they settle a bit

Truck looks awesome, and suprisingly I really like that blue a lot. Didn't you have a big blue tube bumper too?
