Works for toyotas which i just found out tonight had at one point torsion lift.
So would this work for rangers ?

Interesting idea but I see a couple of problems.
First, on a 4x4 application, this could allow more rebound travel than the factory CV joints can handle before binding. They are close to being maxed out with the stock travel. The blurb even says that these Toyota spacers may require limit straps to prevent binding, partially negating the 1.5" increase in lift and travel.
Second, those spacers are sandwiched between the upper control arm and the bolt-on Toyota ball joint. Ranger ball joints are pressed into the UCA. It would be difficult to come up with a safe spacer for the pressed-in ball joints.
