anyone here had any issues with wheel adapters?
i just priced out a FW axle and its in the range of 700 bucks here. I haxe my exploder axle that is in great condition. Is anyone running adapters to go from 4.5 to 5.5?

I have been running adapters for three years now, the only problem is finding the right studs if you ever break one.

ScottyG lost a wheel. Wowak ALMOST lost a wheel.. I lost a wheel.. Some would state all 3 of us probably don't know how to tighten a lug-nut down, I would beg to differ.

I suppose they could be considered ' ok ' if your willing to check on them.

Scott wasnt running adapters when he threw a wheel, he double stacked spacers and not enough stud for the lugnut to tighten to.

I ran adapters with no problem just remember its 10 more lugnuts to tighten and keep and eye on.

I have spacers on my back wheels, use red Loctite to secure them like I did.

Well the new f-250's have wheel adapters to run 19.5 wheels, so they cant be that bad lol
