Insurance Replacement Help

I am not sure if this belongs in suspension or tires section but would appreciate some help.

A short Intro
I have a bone stock manual transmission 2008 fx4 with 50,000 km on it. Three weeks ago I was on a motorcycle trip when I got a call from my girlfriend that she crashed my truck. Shes fine but my truck is not.

My insurance company is going to pay $500 to replace a rim and tire. I told them they would be wasting their money because I was about to put a new set of wheels and tires on and the replacement would just be sitting in the corner. Insurance is going to let me put $500 towards what I want and I am to pay the difference.

The wheels I want to pick up are these. http://www.4wheelparts.com/Wheels/Se...n=PXA8069-6865

The advise I am looking for is I don't want to do a body lift and can not afford the superlift now. My truck is a daily driver. What is the best choice for a budget lift that will allow me to run some bigger tires on these rims. pre key? maybe this? http://cgi.ebay.ca/Lift-Kit-4X4-FORD...item48370130d9

and what size tire can I run?

open to any advice Thanks

i think if you pre key it and crank the torsion bars, you can get 33's.
another member who has done this should chime in

Is that with OEM 2008 keys or do I have to pre key to fit 33s. Also if I put on 33s what is the maximum width for these wheels.
cheers
