belltech coil springs -3 in = good alignment???

belltech coil springs -3 in = good alignment???

i came across a set of belltech coil springs model #4797-001 it says they are for years 98-03 an i have a '96 std cab.. first will they fit an work properly for my year?
also they lower 3 in, will that affect my alignment from alignin up correctly??

96 is TTB suspension and 98+ 2WD is coil spring so suspension components are not interchangeable.
